Our Partnership

The new MA Dramatic Writing at Drama Centre London at Central Saint Martins, the Women of the Future Programme and Writers at Work Productions, in association with Tonic Theatre, are launching a new competition for female students studying the arts at Universities across the UK. University Women in the Arts will be a one off scheme to help mentor female students studying the arts at University level on making the transition into working in and leading the way in the arts.

10 female students studying the arts at University level will be selected for the scheme to be mentored over the course of a year by 12 women who are leading the way in the arts in the UK. More information can be found here.

Week of Women

The FCO promotes the United Kingdom’s interests overseas, supporting our citizens and businesses around the globe.

The GREAT Britain campaign showcases the best of what our whole nation has to offer to inspire the world and encourage people to visit, do business, invest and study in the UK. It is the Government’s most ambitious international promotional campaign ever, uniting the efforts of the public and private sector to generate jobs and growth for Britain.

Our Partnership:

We run the Week of Women, a collaboration between the UK Foreign & Commonwealth Office, the GREAT Britain Campaign and the Women of the Future Programme. The aim of the week is to promote gender equality and the empowerment of women. A global audience is brought together to discuss the issues, empower and enable lasting connections across nationalities. This year’s Week of Women events take place during the week of November 4th.
