Our Mission

We are responsible for the Women of the Future Programme, a platform to unlock a culture of kindness and collaboration among leaders. Our portfolio of events and projects support and celebrate the successes of women. Lead by Pinky Lilani CBE DL we have built a remarkable, informal community of influential women determined not only to build professional and personal relationships with one another, but to be advocates for an exciting new generation of business leadership talent.

"What Pinky and her team does is very simply inspiring all women to realise their potential and reaching beyond personal and professional challenges to make an impact on the world we live in."

− Trui Hebbelinck, VP HR Operations UK, Ireland, Nordics, South Africa, Shell

"In a world where still it is often not what you know or who you are, but who you know that is the key to success, a programme such as this is vital if all young women are to have the same chance whatever their background. There really is no other programme providing schools with such service, enabling young women to learn from generous and extraordinary women."

− Lisa Thefaut, Director of Extended Learning, Ursuline High School, Wimbledon

"Best conference of this kind that I have been to. Very inspiring with ways to become successful that I could relate to from a range of different speakers from different backgrounds so everyone had someone they could relate to. Can't wait for next year!"

− Amanda Houssein, Enterprise Rent-A-Car

"Through this very special network I have met an extensive group of talented and inspirational women, who come from a variety of professional and cultural backgrounds. It has offered me the opportunity to make new contacts, build my network and create lasting friendships."

− Anne-Marie Kruk, Founder, Something on the Brain
